Our Story

Coffee with conviction.

Mean Muggin Coffee Bar started from a simple belief: that the best coffee doesn't need a chain name or a neon sign. It needs skilled hands, quality beans, and the time to get it right.

We source our beans from small roasters who treat every batch like a craft project. Our espresso is dialled in daily, our pour-overs are timed to the second, and our pastries arrive fresh every morning — because the first sip should never be an afterthought.

Located on W Main St in Houston, we've built a space where the regulars know your order, the music is never too loud, and the coffee is always worth the wait.
